My Updates to the Website Aren't Displaying
Q: Help! I made an update to my mall's page, but the changes are not displaying on our website.
A: Changes to mall and store pages, including changes to hours or descriptions, can take up to 2 hours to display.
If your changes are not displaying after that time, please take the below steps:
- Close completely out of your internet browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc...).
- Re-open your browser.
- Hold down the "Ctrl" key, and then press "F5".
- Go to the page you updated to view your changes.
